Give Your Cat A Longer And Healthier Life

It does not matter what kind of cat you own, there is a few things you should be aware of to better the quality of life for your cat. You need to understand that your cats everyday lifestyle is directly related to his/her overall happiness, behavior and vitality.

Many people (I didn’t say you) see cats as the perfect ‘low maintenance’ companion. Just refill that bowl of kittle, and clean a litter Mad Money once a week… done. What many people don’t realize is even though their cat can get used to a life of free feeding and couch sitting all day, that lifestyle is opposite what nature intended for this creature.

For that reason it is no surprise most indoor cats in the U.S are overweight and have health problems when they get old. We all usually rather not think of the far future, but if you really care about your pet don’t you want it to live long and strong?

In nature, a cat eats mostly protein in the form of meat, a bit of fat and almost no carbohydrates. Imagine for a minute of your cat having to survive in the wild, how active it would be, protecting itself and finding prey. I’m not saying you need to simulate a tigers life for your indoor cat, but just open your eyes to the natural needs of your cat.

To keep your cat healthy and fit for a longer life your cat needs less dry food, less boredom and sitting around, more meat, more action, interaction and attention from their owner. Other than meal schedules, interaction with your cat is very important. If you’re not home a lot, leave your cat with toys and things to explore. Of course a happier cat means much less behavior problems that usually arouse from boredom and lack of attention.

Something fairly new that I’m doing for interaction time with my cats is clicker training. I know it sounds a bit crazy, like you could train a cat… You’ll be surprised! I’ve already taught both of them to do a few tricks. Anyone could do this, with the right instructions, and this type of interaction really transforms your relationship with your cat.

Cat clicker training is based only on positive reinforcements, so it’s pretty much a game for the cat and you’ll be amazed how smart your cat really is. Opening up this channel of communication is not hard and could help you build good behavior patterns. After only two weeks of cat clicker training, I noticed both of my cats are much happier. I really feel they are thanking me… it’s weird, but amazing.

Hi I have decided to right a short a review on glisten white for people that are mortgage ccj in buying a good product that helps you with discolored teeth.

I didn’t really know what to expect from glisten white because I had never really used any teeth whitening product in the past, although a few years ago my Mum went to dentist and got her teeth whitened and it cost her a fortune.

The instructions stated that glisten white could take between 5 and 14 days for any noticeable changes. I followed the instructions stated carefully and fairly for my study. I continued using the product for the duration of the study and after 8 weeks I was amazed with difference it had made to my teeth and smile. My teeth weren’t really bad to begin with. Overall in our class survey we came to a conclusion that glisten white was the best product to use for teeth whitening and the best value for money. Glisten white was easy and simple to use and the time period we did this survey preformed the best.

It was better value for money because the website offered free postage and packaging and it was at a lowered discounted price and offered a free 10% extra whitening kit as well as other products on the website such as bigger package deals also offered discount and free products.

Glisten white worked really well, I was pleased as my teeth had never looked so good and healthy, my girlfriend also liked my new white smile and friends noticed it as well. I decided to place another of glisten white after the survey was over. I ordered the big package at £45 because it worked out better value in the long run as i was willing to use glisten white from now on and keep my teeth white.

The biggest package worked out that you were saving yourself £15 and also it came with 3 free 10% kits so i thought this was a good deal and went for it. The ordering was simple as it was before and I placed my order before 2pm like the website said to get my order of glisten white dispatched right away. Are you following a sales process? If not, you are not only wasting your time, but you are also losing sales because of it. You think you are in control but in reality you are out of control.

Who is really qualifying? Who is really in control? The buyer!

Sales people assume they are in control by answering all the questions, but in reality it is the buyer who is in control. They actually carry out the rejection, not you.

Allow me to share the buyer’s sales process with you. As a buyer, let’s pretend you know you want to buy a white shirt and your budget is $40.00. You walk into a retail outlet and the salesperson approaches you and says “Hello, can I help you?”

How do you usually respond? The common answer is “No thank you, I’m just looking”. The standard Step 1 in the buyer’s sales process is to mislead the salesperson. You essentially lie to them.

Why do you do that? Is it because they have not earned your trust yet, or because you know they will lie to you and you are just trying to stay one step ahead of them.

Step 2 in the buyer’s sales process. You find what you are looking for and call over the sales person and begin to ask relative questions. The sales person falls into your trap and you receive free consulting because they are willing to share all they know. What do you say once you have gained all the necessary information?

Step 3 in the buyer’s sales process. “Leave it with me to think it over and I will get back to you?” Standard buyer’s line in the sales process is to lie to the sales person again. Most sales people fall into this trap every time. As a sales person, has this happened to you?

Step 4 in the buyer’s sales process comes into play when the salesperson makes a follow up call and leaves a voice mail or sends an e-mail. After all, the prospect did say he would think it over and get back to them. Buyers never get back to a sales person, nor do they answer their calls or reply to voice or e-mail. Buyers simply hide.

Your job as a professional sales person is not to get trapped by the buyer’s sales process, but to have a sales process which puts you in control. You want a sales process which will allow you to quickly build rapport and to gain necessary trust.

You must set parameters in order to eliminate surprises and to establish a clear and concise process which will allow you to move forward. At the same time, you must qualify the prospect with respect to buying motivators, financial ability and decision making.

When this process is complete and everything is summarized, you will be in a position to determine if the prospect is qualified or not to allow for your time, products or services. Then and only then, you can decide to proceed with a prescription or simply walk away from the sale.
